Glaucoma model-

Glaucoma is created in rabbits using RBIPL SOP and intra ocular pressure (IOP) is increased by the use of v-chymotrypsin. Once IOP and fundoscopy (ophthalmic observations) confirms development of glaucoma, they are randomized and screened for drugs which are either used in glaucoma treatment or for IOP and fundoscopy measurements.
